Willstaett, Germany / Morristown, TN, USA – 23 April 2026: XSYS, a global supplier of integrated solutions for the flexographic printing industry, will showcase manufacturing capabilities and portfolio innovations at FTA FORUM & INFOFLEX 2026, including the commercial launch of Thermoflex Edge laser imaging technology and a preview of the next generation rotec® CoreX Adapters.
At this year’s event, XSYS will showcase developments across its flexographic portfolio, spanning printing plates, equipment, workflow solutions, as well as sleeves and adapters. The display highlights how XSYS supports converters and reprohouses with reliable, scalable solutions for increasingly demanding production environments.
A central focus at the XSYS booth will be the company’s established dual production strategy. With manufacturing capabilities in both Europe and the United States – including facilities in Morristown, TN, and Asheville, NC – XSYS ensures secure supply, reliable lead times, and close technical support for customers in the Americas across its plates, sleeves, and adapter portfolio.
Within its plate offering, XSYS will present key elements of the nyloflex® portfolio, including nyloflex® FTV, nyloflex® XSN and nyloflex® ITP 60. These proven solutions address a wide range of flexographic applications and are designed to deliver consistent print quality, robust process stability, and reproducible results in both prepress and print production.
On the equipment side, XSYS will feature the LAVA® Thermal Processor and announce the commercial launch of Thermoflex Edge (formerly ThermoFlexX), the latest generation of its laser imaging technology. Combined with XSYS workflow and software solutions, these technologies enable efficient, scalable prepress operations and consistent plate production across sites and regions. Insights from early adopters and initial market feedback will be shared during the event.
In addition, XSYS will preview the upcoming next generation of its rotec® CoreX Adapters. Engineered for individual press configurations, this high‑performance adapter platform supports higher press speeds, improved stability, and optimized print quality.
