XSYS Strengthens Direct Customer Support in India: The company has transitioned to a direct sales and service model in India to strengthen customer engagement, accelerate support and provide customers with closer access to the company’s global expertise in flexographic and other photopolymer printing applications.
Following many years of successful cooperation, XSYS and Repro Graphics Private Limited have concluded their distribution arrangements for India. XSYS sincerely thanks Repro Graphics for its valuable contribution to developing the Indian market and supporting customers over the years. The transition took effect in line with the respective contractual provisions.
The move reflects XSYS’ strategy to build closer direct customer relationships in selected high-growth markets, enabling faster decision-making, closer collaboration and a more integrated customer experience. At the same time, the company continues to work with trusted distribution partners where they create additional value.
