Seamless Integration for Smarter Plate Processing
Engineered for full automation in plate production, the Catena-BE48 is the enhanced version of the Catena-E48 LED UV exposure unit, designed specifically to work inline with the ThermoFlexX 48 imager. This intelligent configuration enables fully automated plate transfer via an integrated bridge and gripper system, eliminating manual handling and maximizing uptime. With support for pre-loading the next plate during imaging, Catena-BE48 enhances operator efficiency, reduces plate waste, and ensures consistent job syncing across the workflow. Gentle plate transport protects the LAMS layer and preserves material integrity. Despite its automated capabilities, both the Catena-BE48 and ThermoFlexX 48 retain full standalone functionality, offering ultimate flexibility in your platemaking setup
