• Efficient digital layer separation with two separate solvent cycles reduces the contamination of the washer with the black LAMS layer.
• High process reliability due to programmed plate processing parameters for e.g., transport speed, brush height, and solvent temperature.
• Brush height setting for optimum pressure according to plate thickness, resulting in less mechanical stress and less plate swelling.
• Additional brushes increase the washout speed.

Washout solvents

For best and consitent washout results, we recommend nylosolv® A washout solvent. If other washout solvents may be used, we advise to check it´s suitability first with a XSYS tehnician or sales representitive.
