Customer Service Intern

Your responsibilities:
• Provide customer service via email and telephone
• Process purchase orders and customer invoices
• Prepare and send quotations to customers
• Create and manage spreadsheets
• Support the technical and sales teams in customer service activities
• Assist with other tasks within the Commercial department as needed

Our requirements:
• Currently studying Business Administration or Accounting
• Strong numerical skills
• Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Confidence in using IT systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (intermediate level)
• Highly committed, disciplined, attentive, and well-organized
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to execute tasks efficiently
